In 2019, we introduced a new concept to enhance collective dynamics among our employees: “Switch Your Job”. It was a “live my life ” experience within the company, where unexpected duos shared their daily routines for a day! Due to the well-known health reasons (covid-19), we couldn’t replicate the experience since then. However, this year, the event took place across our 3 locations in France. Let’s take a look back at it through pictures!
Around thirty pairs throughout the company participated in the “Let’s Switch Our Jobs” game during two special event days, on June 1st at our Normandy site and on June 5th at our Mayenne sites. There were diverse and varied job swaps between different departments and hierarchical levels, allowing everyone to present their own job and discover their partner’s job for the day. It’s worth noting that there are over a hundred different jobs within the company, and this event showcased 50 of them. While some participants chose to explore a completely unfamiliar job, others preferred to get closer to departments with whom they regularly interact. In any case, these days were filled with good humor and conviviality!
Promoting interdepartmental communication
The “Switch Your Job” initiative fully aligns with our CSR approach through our QWL (Quality of Work Life) dynamic and pursues several objectives related to working well together: among others, the desire to strengthen communication, understanding, and mutual cooperation, as well as encourage conviviality and proximity between teams.

This event allowed new connections to be forged among employees. And when discussing a future edition, the verdict is clear: “We must renew the event because we only gain positive outcomes from it.”
